April 8, 2010 Contract Letting

NDOR will accept internet bids from authorized bidders thru Bid Express. To become an authorized bidder please fill out DR Form 173 and send it in to the contracts office. Questions on NDOR procedures should be directed to Kendall Stege at 402-479-4551.

Any contractor awarded a project funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act must report employment data no later than the 10th day of the following month.
See special provisions for details.

In order to bid in the April 8, 2010 letting, any Contractor that has a Prequalification Statement that expires on or before April 8, 2010, MUST HAVE their prequalification renewal in the Contract Lettings office by March 29, 2010 by 5:00 PM. This notice is being issued because of the large number of Contractor Prequalification Statements that expire on March 31, 2010.
